Proof of Renters Insurance (Twin Pines Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

"I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. I can proudly say that I love living here. The staff are so kind, and the customer service is on point. When I need something fixed, they act ASAP. Carmen and her staff are the best in making you feel like family. This is a safe place for families. We have a small park for kids. There is also security and a laundry facility. I LOVE LIVING HERE.
